Maker’s Soap is specially formulated for our fellow fiber lovers, or anyone who creates with their hands. Made of a simple mixture of skin-loving oils, without any added colors, fragrances, or weird ingredients, this soap will leave your hands smooth and soft. And it works pretty great in the shower too.
Each lot contains (2) bars. This handcrafted soap makes a great gift for the fiber artist in your life. Or for anyone with sensitive skin or noses. I’m happy to personalize the labels for you also. Feel free to contact me to ask about personalization.
Ingredients: Tallow, water, olive oil, coconut oil, sodium hydroxide, shea butter.
EACH ORDER CONTAINS (2) BARS. Shipping is a rate of $3.95 for one lot (2 bars), 4.95 for two lots (4 bars), and free for 3+ lots (6+ bars). (Choose free shipping at checkout.) Orders are shipped USPS First Class in a padded envelope. We currently only ship to the U.S. We ship within 1 business day of order.
All of our hot-process soaps are produced in small batches. Each batch is produced by mixing quality oils with sodium hydroxide (lye) and cooking until saponification, the chemical reaction that produces soap. The soap is then placed in a log mold, and each bar is hand-cut after 12-24 hours. Finally, each bar is cured for at least 4 weeks before sale.
Net weight of each bar is at about 4.5+ oz.
All soaps are made with tallow or lard and other skin-soothing oils. Soaps DO NOT contain palm oil.
Caring for your handcrafted soap: Place soap in a well-draining soap dish between uses. Keep dry between uses. Store unused soap in a dark, dry place. This will make the soap last longer.
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Due to the nature of handcrafted products, and differences in color presentation on different screens, your product will have slight differences from that in the photo.
Please be aware of allergic reactions to ANY new product you use. Read ingredients carefully and, as with any new product, test on a small area before general use. While not common with handmade soaps, if any negative reaction does occur, discontinue use immediately.
